When you try Analcare, it is important to know that, if it doesn't live up to your expectations of its soothing, cleansing and moisturising properties, we will give you your money back without quibble.

The only thing we ask is that you send the product back at least half full within 3 calendar months of purchase and you tell us why you are not happy with it.

Then we'll refund your money using a refund by the same payment method you used when you bought it originally. So here are the steps you take to get your refund:

1. Contact us
You can contact us by phone on 0191 420 9276 or email us at customercare@analcare.co.uk within 3 calendar months of purchase to start the refund process.

2. We will send you a short questionnaire by post or e-mail as you wish
We do this to ask why you were unhappy with the product. Your feedback will help us to improve our product.

3. Return the product
Please return the product (at least half full) and the completed questionnaire to the address shown. Within 28 days we will refund your purchase price.
